Shaun Bevins
Shaun graduated from the Univ of DE in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and then again in 1997 with a Professional Master in Physical Therapy. A licensed Physical Therapist, she has treated such accomplished athletes as Travis Pastrana. With over 22 years experience in the health and fitness industry, she has held positions as a fitness/aerobic instructor, personal trainer, massage therapist, wellness/nutrition counselor, and outpatient physical therapist specializing in sports medicine. Shaun currently sits on the advisory board of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork and has been a past presenter at the Delaware Massage and Bodyworks Conference.
Shaun believes that living healthy is an attainable goal for all that doesn't have to be complicated. Her goal is to help people sort through all the information and misinformation out there so that they can find a practical approach to living a happy, healthy, and balanced life. She is also a homeschooling mother of four, ages 4-9.

Shaun's Creative Writing and Photography
On a creative front, Shaun enjoys creative writing and photography. This year she saw a series of four title "Adventures in Chrysalis" and published in Adventum, a literary journal, as well as her first short story titled "Lovesick" published in Danse Macabre (December 2011). She also a forth coming publication - a photo titled "Emergence" in Touch, The Journal of Healing (May 2012).
